The team, led by Rhonda, provides excellent service and is super nice and personable, making it a welcoming place for pets and their owners. They are skilled with all kinds of pets, including those with anxiety, and allow owners to wait while their pets are groomed, except for the bathing process. Customers appreciate the salon's open and transparent atmosphere. The groomers take good care of pets, ensuring they feel comfortable and well cared for. When we adopted 2 new Golden Retrievers last October, we needed a reliable and skilled full-service groomer to take care of our new pups. Wash & Wag has done an amazing job each and every visit. The staff is always very friendly, professional, and show a lot of care towards our dogs. They are receptive and take the time to listen to what we want and do a great job with the details. Our dogs always come out looking great for a very reasonable price. We will continue to make regular visits. If you are looking for a trustworthy groomer in the Culpeper area, you can't go wrong with this company.
They were able to squeeze me in and get my dogs nails and ears done without an appointment! She is a rescue and has anxiety, but the staff were gentle and patient. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Simply the best. They always get us in, and give our Rajah girl the royal treatment. They do a summer cut on her that makes her look like a puppy and and a trim up in winter. They know her look!
I also love that they are so willing to help me. Zeus my German Shepherd is 100+ pounds and hard for me to get off our vehicle alongside Rajah. I can call when I arrive and they help me bring them in.
