Great information in the workshop! Very knowledgeable. Casual group attitude. Made me feel comfortable by explaining all of the activities. I never felt like I didn't know what to do. I was given choices so I could do what felt comfortable to me.

I had my massage with Megan. It was fantastic. She was warm and friendly and put me at ease while being very professional. Her touch was gentle but firm and my session kept me relaxed for days afterwards. I will definitely be getting more massages from Megan in the future!

I stubbled upon Pranapiloga a few years ago (I don’t live local to the studio) but I am so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Rebecca and many other lovely individuals at Pranapiloga. Rebecca has cultivated an amazing space that embodies community and is able to offer a variety of holistic modalities, classes and workshops. She beautifully illustrates what it means to be a community member; from the classes, business policies, merchandise, and offerings, pranapiloga is unsurpassed.
