Jake and Sons have cared for many trees on our property over the years. Always prompt, professional and fair. He's had some tricky trees to take out (overhanging house or in difficult to access areas) and always had the equipment needed to do it. Most recently we had a landscaping delivery that the shipper refused to take beyond the curb - Jake and crew were here working on a tree and they took care of it - got the heavy load to exactly where we needed it. Jake is our go-to for trees - he should be yours too.
Mr Butler reviewed the work needed and provided a fair quote and time for work to be done. The crew showed up on time. All work was completed on time and as quoted. I have used this company three times with satisfactory results each time.
This company is completely unprofessional!!! They came to cut my neighbors trees and in the process of parking there trucks they ending up partially blocking my driveway. When the i went to ask them to move, the guy waved me off and stated that the driveway wasn't completely blocked and he would be able to back a out so i shouldn't have a problem.I asked him to move his truck again and stated that it was blocking my driveway, he then walked to me and threw his hands up like he wanted to fight me, getting close in my space and started saying come on come on lets go. All over him or one of his guys parking there truck in a way so it block half of my driveway. They could of backed the truck up 3 feet or pulled forward another 10 feet and my driveway would of then been open. The guy proceeded to argue some more, at that point i went and knocked on the door of my neighbor getting the work done and spoke with him. Let him know what happened and i was calling the cops to handle this situation. I walked back over to my yard with the same tree guy steadily cussing me out. At that point i just said i was calling the cops to come handle this. Thats when he finally had one of his guys move the truck. their actions were completely unprofessional and uncalled for!!!
