They were very knowledgeable, they knew what they were doing, fixed the problem and informed us as to what supplies to get and what to be on the lookout in case this problem came up again. He efficiently replaced two shower value cartridges and trim sets, installed two sink faucets, and repaired two leaky hose bibs.
