I've spent the last few years trying my best to get out of pain. Years of abusing my body in the military, fire department, and various other forms of public service have made me feel far older than I actually am.I've tried physical therapy, chiropractors, and other types of massage, but Becki has by far superceded all expectations. I have made visiting Becki Curtis and the team at Elements Massage, at least once month for almost 2 years now, part of my healthy living strategy. She has been able to keep my shoulders and back in tip top shape so I can continue to do heavy weightlifting in the gym.
