“Our dog, Jimi was whining all night and would not move or let us touch him. In the morning he seemed worse and growled when his stomach was touched. When he started shaking we called Blue Ridge. It was a Saturday and Angel told us they had another emergency coming in but would still see us. I’m a physician and thought my good doggie might be dying. Dr. Narbonne examined Jimi and determined that he had a pulled muscle in his back - no blood draw no X-ray. Jimi took gabapentin and got a good night’s sleep. He was back to normal the next day!
