Dr. Shepard is wonderful! She's efficient, yet caring; a good listener, and is really interested in the health of my pets. She is the ONLY reason I still come to Amberwood. Once the hospital went corporate, I feared $$ would take precedent over excellent care; Dr. Shepard showed such professionalism and attention to all my concerns that I have decided to keep bringing my pets to Amberwood for all their health concerns. Also, the front desk staff is helpful and patient; give them a raise!
We unfortunately had to euthanize our small animal Beans as she was older and had tumors that were starting to cause her pain. They got us in extremely fast and we were not even a patient there. They were kind and gave us a little memorial plate with her footprints. Highly recommend and cost was low.
I couldn't have asked tor a better experience with Amberwood!!! Dr. Brashard treated my fur baby and myself with the utmost care and answered all my questions to where I could understand them!!! I would highly recommend Amberwood Veteranary clinic to anyone who needs great care for their fur babies!!! ❤️
