I would give zero stars if I could. We had Bev do our taxes two years in a row and they were incorrect two years in a row due to reading the forms we provided incorrectly. This year, she did our 2021 taxes incorrectly FOUR TIMES (she did not read the tax forms correctly!). Each time we explained the error, she argued and was rude and did not listen which caused continued errors. We finally told her we would no longer be working together and she hung up on us. She does not respond to email, nor does she use a secure email. She yelled and cursed at me when the second amendment to our return needed to be completed.
