Went to this Valvoline at 3pm on a Thursday. This was by far the nicest one I’ve been to. Hakeeym and Josh were extremely professional, kind, and hard working. The entire staff knew what they were doing. I had a great experience and would go back again!
First off i would like to thank Kat for working with me and being so helpful. When I went to get my oil change i had just come from North Carolina and had been expecting to get an oil change. About a few days prior i noticed that my splash guard pins were gone and had to replace 8 of them due to the past place taking my splash guard off when doing my oil change (you don’t have to do there is an access point.) I asked Kat if she wouldn’t mind seeing how many were still missing as my splash guard was still hanging. She went above and beyond and had them placed and made sure they were all tight. Love it. They staff was fast and very helpful. They checked multiple things and gave me suggestions. My favorite new place for fast oil changes, radiator flush, gas treatment, and other services.
