Very professional. My experience with RVA Roofing Services and Staff was very professional and respectful. Everyone was on the same page, very up front , honest and they took their time to helped me understand the process. Which made me feel very comfortable. Ray, the owner was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Emily, the office manager kept me informed. The communication was clear and consistent. Wayne, who is the roofer and the on site manager took pictures of my roof , showed me what was going and informed me of the process of the installation and repairs. Trey was very professional. He made sure I understood his assessment, and the actions he was taking as a result.He provided me pics so I could better visualize what he was talking about.I’m optimistic the leak I was experiencing is now sealed.

Today our roof was serviced by a true professional. The Roof Maxx representative was courteous, respectful, responsible, informative, and thorough. I am often asked, would you recommend our services to someone else. Not only would I recommend this service, but I would want people like Trae working representing me if I were a business owner.
