Today my daughter's glasses broke while she was at school. My husband picked her up and took her to get some new glasses. They were able to get 2 pairs of glasses ordered that will be ready this week. (At another store, they were told it would take 3 weeks.) They were also able to take some wire frames and use her current lenses to fix a pair of glasses so she can see until the new ones come are ready. The customer service was excellent and so were the prices. We will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you One-Hour Optical for a wonderful experience.

Absolutely love these guys!! Customer service is over the top, everyone is very kind and helpful, and I always get my glasses by the promise time. Even more so above that, they have the most unique and exquisite designer frames in the Richmond area! I have been going there for years and always get compliments on my frames! Keep doing an awesome job team, we appreciate all of your hard work!
