The senior technician that came to my house today was extremely professional. Answering all of our questions. Also, giving tips for common problems. I truly believe the service that I receive , was one of the best experience I ever had with HVAC repairs. I would recommend this company to everybody.

I rent my home and my landlord uses Custom Aire for all of his properties. They have always responded immediately to any problem that has arisin since I have lived here. They are very responsive , polite and knowledgeable. I had a problem last night at 10 pm and they called me this morning at 9 am and were here within 30 minutes. The problem was found and a new part installed within 30 minutes. The gentleman that they sent out
explained everything and answered all questions. The gentleman was very professional and knowledgeable. AC system is running great now .

I called them first thing on a Monday morning due to my ac not working the day before. It was hot. It was so hot. The very first time that I had any communication with this company they were kind, pleasant, and so compassionate about my situation. They scheduled me for the next morning due to them being booked on a Monday morning, which I completely understood. A few hours later, I get a call from Tina in the office telling me that they were able to come out on Monday (same day I called) instead of me having to wait until the next morning. Chris was out at my house and within minutes knew exactly what the issue was and started working on it. I highly recommend this company....read full review
