Lyndon is truly a pro at his craft, he is very knowledgeable & explained the issue with my laptop thoroughly so I never felt like I didn’t know what was next in the process. Lyndon was extremely professional as well helpful. He was able to explain the issue going on with my laptop & what to do moving for to ensure the issue did reoccur. 5/5 stars & I would definitely recommend him to my family/friends that have any type of computer issues. Will definitely return to him in the future.

I have been using this service for 2 to 3 years. The service is OUTSTANDING. Mr. Hancock is extremely knowledgeable and can repair any problem I have ever had (and I have a lot of them) efficiently and promptly. I highly recommend him.

Contacted Lyndon and he responded quickly. Picked up my PC and within 1.5 hrs had a diagnosis with what was wrong. Fixed my PC and returned it in a very timely manner. I Highly recommend him !!
