My speaker in my dashboard on my Acura MDX has blown and needed to replace it. I went to Audio Express in Colonial Heights and the customer service was amazing. Everyone at the desk was helping me find the right speaker and explained every detail to me. After I ordered it they told me to come right in and they put it in no time. So friendly, knowledgeable and very courteous. I waited a month after they installed the speaker to give a review because I wanted to see if I would have any issues with it, but it sounds good. Lastly, I thought they would charge an arm and a leg, but to my surprise they didn’t. I’m definitely recommending them to anyone in need of their services.

Adam the owner helped me over the phone and was willing to take me in right away to look at my speaker problem. Tyler was a kind greeter at the desk. Mike with 31 years of experience was phenomenal!! He installed my new speakers quickly and professionally. Fantastic business with tons of experience and great people!! A+++
