Have to say I was really impressed. This is a "holiday" week - so I was afraid I'd hear no time till next week. Not the case. Thank you Bob.Ray and Dwayne were here the next day, took the time to understand our "crazy" issues happening (nothing critical failing, but all very important to us). the Gentleman help explain each issue and the solutions that could be done. thank you.
