My family and I have been going to Chaneys for years now, and have never felt more at home in a salon. Everyone from the receptionist to the owner care for their clients as if they are family. They listen to what you want and make sure you understand the process of how they are going to get you where you need to be for your desired look… 10 out of 10 will always recommend.
Really wish they would let you respond to reviews bc some people just sound idiotic. Why would you go to a salon with dark natural hair and expect for them to get your hair bright blonde in one sitting. Let me stop now bc I wish I could personally respond but oh well.
CHANYS IS GREAT. I recommend them to anyone and everyone who asks me. I ALWAYS get compliments on my hair. And im very grateful that my stylist, Kaitlyn, always makes sure the safety and well being of my hair is top priority and never pushes the limit on bleaching my hair.
