I have been using their services for quite a few years now and have NEVER had anything but excellent service. My stylist is an expert with color. She has color matched me when I came to her originally from another hairdresser I wasn’t happy with. She also fits my daughter in while I’m waiting for my color to process. She did a beautiful all over color with highlights for my daughter. I truly believe she can work magic with hair. I won’t go anywhere else and drive past other salons to see her even after I moved.
So i did have a bad experience here with the stylist i had, however Brittany called me to make it right. She offered me a refund and to fix my hair as best can be right now and continue getting it fixed right in the future so i have to change my review i previously posted. As long as you get the right person everything will be great. I'm thankful she called to make it right with me and appreciate her very much. While my hair can not be replaced, it's nice to know she cares enough about how i feel to try and make it better. So thank you Brittany.
This was my first time in there unfortunately lol.. but I had great experience! , the lady that cut my hair so sorry I forgot your name when you guys see this .. :/ 🤔 But I had a laugh, was relaxed in the Ac from a hot 🔥 freaking walk , and I belive she did a wayyyyy better job than the hair cutt place in Blacksburg , was very nice , the lady in Blacksburg kept cutting my hair fast complaining about people not showing up for work and messed it up and was rude , this place to me is was great I'll go back definitely next time thank you all have a good day 😀
