I PAID $2,000 FOR CATARACT SURGERY AND I WAS TOLD BY THE DR I WOULD NOT NEED GLASSES EXCEPT TO READ. NOW I STILL NEED GLASSES FOR DISTANCE . I WOULD HAVE NOT DONE THE SURGERY IF I HAD KNOWN THAT. THE DR SAID NOTHING ABOUT RETURNING MY MONEY AND I FIND THAT UNETHICAL SINCE IT WAS NOT MY FAULT THE SURGERY DID NOT GO AS PLANED AND HE TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY

The eyeDoctor is friendly, but they dont tell you that they dont work with eye med of Humana! This is to let everyone know be cautious ask questions about the situation and service before having them do anything to you!!!!!. Talk to your provider to make sure they cover everything.

I was so worried when I started having an eye scare at night and called Dr. Pucketts office first thing next morning. His office said come on in and I saw Dr McDonald along with his staff took excellent care of me. I didn’t have to have any surgery but knew if I Had to Dr Puckett would be there for me just like in the past years when I have had numerous procedures done. I always say Dr Puckett helped me keep my sight.
