I can’t say enough great things about the team at Milan Laser in Christiansburg! Trina is my provider, and she is absolutely amazing. I have very sensitive skin, and she always takes the time to make my treatments as comfortable as possible. Her technique is noticeably different from other treatments I’ve had, and it truly makes a huge difference in reducing discomfort. She is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients.
I also have to give a shoutout to Charity, who is wonderful when it comes to scheduling. She always works with my busy schedule and does everything she can to make appointments convenient.

I see Trina, she is amazing 👏 Makes me feel comfortable, works with different setting for the least pain and best results! They are very good at communication, reminders, and rescheduling. Often have sales and work with payment plans.
I have been to other laser hair removal clinics in the past, but Milan stands in a class of its own. The level of professionalism, care, and results they deliver is exceptional. The three areas I’ve had treated are now almost completely hair-free, with just a couple of sessions remaining. Every treatment is smooth and efficient, and the staff is consistently friendly and knowledgeable!
