The service tech came to check our system. He was very professional and courteous. He could not find anything that needed to be repaired on our system and informed us that everything looked good. He didn’t try upselling us on a service plan or products. We were charged the standard diagnostic fee. I would recommend them.
Excellent technician fully knowledgeable about my equipment. Nice easy to talk to no hard sales just honest trustworthy technician. He was excellent I will be using you guys from now on.
I am thankful for the response on such a bad weather day from Mike, Braxton and Kevin all of which took time to listen to my concerns and establish the help to identify the problem by their concerted experience - I hope this system will last a little while longer and I look forward to seeking a replacement t system from Mike and Kevin very soon.
