A complaint about my last two appointments: my previous appointment resulted in the "new" lenses I received being duplicates of the lenses I already had. a correction was made after Vistar discovered the error. This time, after what seemed a rushed exam, new lenses were ordered and paid for. A month later I called to see why the lenses hadn't arrived. I wa told someone would be in touch. They weren't. Upon calling back I was told the lenses had just been ordered. Two questionable experiences in a row. I expect better.

Ive been coming to this office for years now and the staff here are always so friendly and nice to me and my girls and the wait time is great your in and out in no time 10/10 I highly recommend

One of the best medical experiences I've had in a long time.The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They had been trained in-house as well as in class and it shone through in their competence.The wait was so short I barely had time to get my magazine out of my purse.The doctor was clear, informative, and concise. I walked out with a good idea of what I needed.I'd advise anyone wanting a new experience in eye care to call them up pronto!
