I cannot say enough good things about Kayla Adams, the West Regional Manager at Johnson Curran Optometry Centers. I found myself in a real bind—I was out of town for business and realized I had FSA funds that were going to expire by the end of the week.

Kayla stepped in and provided the kind of elite customer service you rarely see anymore. She went above and beyond by:
*Researching my past orders to ensure my new pair would be a perfect match for my history.
*Personally taking photos of various frame options and sending them to me so I could choose with confidence from afar.

A complaint about my last two appointments: my previous appointment resulted in the "new" lenses I received being duplicates of the lenses I already had. a correction was made after Vistar discovered the error. This time, after what seemed a rushed exam, new lenses were ordered and paid for. A month later I called to see why the lenses hadn't arrived. I wa told someone would be in touch. They weren't. Upon calling back I was told the lenses had just been ordered. Two questionable experiences in a row. I expect better.

Ive been coming to this office for years now and the staff here are always so friendly and nice to me and my girls and the wait time is great your in and out in no time 10/10 I highly recommend
