Staff is excellent however I had to order a medicine from the online pharmacy and paid extra for express shipping as the medicine was not stocked at the office. I Talked to staff 2 days prior to ordering & RX was not approved until later the day of my appointment and it took 6 days to get the meds that I paid extra for express shipping. Won't waste money on that again
My daughter was very close to her geuni pig an wasn't excepting that he had passed away an the people an vets there where wonderful an caring people they made sure an pronounced him dead by checking his vitals so she would no that he was no longer breathing. They showed they had the most loving caring hearts for my daughter an her main mann (geuni pig) of any vet I had ever seen. Ty guys so much 💜💜🙏 My God bless you.
We give our highest recommendation to Appalachian Veterinary Services. Their vet and techs are gentle and caring. AVS accommodated our schedules by agreeing to examine both kittens at the same time. They carefully explained what they were doing throughout the entire examination . The vet then took the time to share her recommendations for their future care and health. The pricing was fair and reasonable, unlike other vets in the area.
