I hardly ever do reviews, but Complete Comfort deserves one for sure from me. I went with Complete comfort even though they were $300 higher than the other estimate received. They installed a complete heat pump system for me. I was kept informed on every step of the process and the installation guys were great. They even did extra work installing an extra vent that I needed that was not included in the price at no extra charge, just to do job right. Complete Comfort is the best!!
I called yesterday to tell them of the problem I was having with my mini split, they came out today and fixed the problem within 30 minutes, Seth was very professional and did the work at a fair price, I highly recommend.I had already contacted another company who couldn't get to me till December, so was very happy to get this taken care of promptly.
The CC installers did a great job installing our Generac whole house generator. From the initial meeting to survey the site, to installation, to a minor service call, everyone did a great job. Our 24k Generac will be so useful during power outages. Our area is prone to outages and the most recent from the aftermath of Hurricane Helene left us five days with no power. A small portable generator saved our food from spoiling and provided a few lights and TV but it is such a hassle to get the portable out of the building, maintain the gas, string cords all over the house, and then put it all away when power is restored. No more!! Thank you, All Staff at Complete Comfort.
