Our graveside service in the mausoleum was beautiful. Everything was handled beautifully. If they had been able to fulfill our request for a Saturday service, this would definitely have been a 5-star review.
My mother was laid to rest November 23,2023. My dad pre paid for plots over 20 years ago, including plaque marker with names and dates. Now he is being presented with “additional charges” for the plaque to add the month and date of birth and death. ( he thought as any person would that this was included when you prepay for a marker) - it’sSO DISAPPOINTING to see this happen at such a vulnerable time. I would NOT recommend this place. It’s preying on people at the most difficult time in their lives.
The experience though tough for me was very cordial, helpful and professional. Our requests were handled like we wanted. The representative at Dale went above and beyond in helping us to decide on the color granite for the headstone. She was patient and did not push anything on us. She allowed us to make the decisions and guided us where needed. Under the circumstances it was a good experience and she kept us in the loop of things.
