I want to give a huge shout-out to Ellice at Ulta Beauty! She made my entire shopping experience incredible! I came in looking for a new skincare routine and she patiently walked me through everything. She explained what each product does, what would work best for my skin, and why. She also helped me pick out some makeup products and made sure I felt confident in every choice.
Ellice was super friendly, very knowledgeable, patient, and completely professional. She never rushed me, answered every question, and genuinely cared about helping me find what would work best. Because of her guidance, I left with products I absolutely love!

I typically try to support this location as it is nearest me. They rarely have the free gift option for the products I use. Case in point, there is a promotion running for Curlsmith October? Through 11/22. They didn’t have the gift, which is the full size of another Curlsmith product I use. They did give me the option of substitution- an empty makeup bag or a Bare Minerals product.
It was just disappointing.
Kara at the Chester salon done an excellent job on coloring my hair today. It was a great experience. When I went to checkout and realized my trim...because I only had her trim the dead ends not cut my hair was $42 that ruined my whole experience. It is unacceptable for a haircut to cost $42. I really like Kara and was planning to go back but $42 for a haircut is overly priced.
