Absolutely the best pedicure in the Richmond area. I visit this area a lot and always get a pedicure while I’m here and today while visiting a friend in Rivers Bend tried Special Nails and they were intentional, thorough, took their time and were detailed even though it was busy. Will always come back here when I’m in town.Service: Pedicure
