First off this was my first time at this salon this morning and when I say I am big on customer service I mean just that. My stylist was Jaquetta and she greeted me at the door with a warm welcome. Her and all of her staff were so welcoming and inviting. They have an amazing salon she space. The decor is so pretty. They are very on trend when it comes to styles. I just want to so thank you so much ladies for the warm welcome and amazing service. I’m new to the area and I was very pleased. If you are new to the Richmond/Chesterfield/Fort Lee/ Petersburg/Hopewell area and looking for a great place to get your hair styled I highly suggest you book with JC or Rolette you will not be disappointed.
