gh The RTA Store which was smooth and easy. They used SAIA for delivering the items to me. All seemed great initially. The first day no products arrived and when I spoke to the rep, it was at a different terminal and they would overnight it and reattempt delivery the next day. The app showed it was scheduled for delivery but as I waited, I decided to call. Per the manager, the products never left the terminal and for sure it would be delivered on Monday. Never use this company ever again Saia LTL Freight is a ripoff with hidden charges the Federal Trade Commission needs to go after them like the airlines and ticketmaster. This was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had in my life in shipping products in my life. Was quoted 1175.00 from the shipping dept in Richmond Va to ship a pallet to Arizona and get an invoice in mail for 2246.00 plus another 126 dollars that was not disclosed or approved.

Took two days off from work because when I called to confirm they assured me they were delivering that day. No call no show both days. I had to go to terminal to get my own package because I couldn't miss anymore work terrible company!!!!
