My experience at Kitty was pleasant from the staff. I was greeted with a pleasant voice with a kind smile to match. My nail technician, Helen, can be described as nothing less than a radiant joy. It has been a while since I’ve had my nails done at Kitty, but the experience has made me a customer again! Keep up the great hospitality and clean environment as it sets you apart!

Hannah is such an AMAZING nail tech! I’ve been here for the FOURTH time and every time it’s been a wonderful experience. I’m still fairly new to the Chester area and finding a nail shop is always an experience. I’m pretty consistent once I like the service and the quality of the work. They are always ready to assist me with my nails and pedicure. I have found my nail shop!

The service from the moment I walked in was attentive. Wait time was only about 5 minutes before I hit the chair. My technician was awesome. She asked what I wanted and did exactly that with no direction. I would definitely recommend and I will be returning.Service: Acrylic nails
