A few years ago I was having some low back issues and after seeing recommendations for Dr Pugh on both my neighborhood and gym Facebook pages I decided to make an appointment. Dr Pugh listened to me, provided an individualized, practical treatment plan and provided some exercises for me to do between appointments. After seeing him a few times my pain was much better and now I go every few months for routine care. Doc Pugh and Doc Rojas are fantastic! I have been to NUMEROUS chiropractors in the area and ICAC is the best. Acupuncture, massage, and chiropractic services are unmatched, fantastic facility and staff. Highly recommend to anyone looking for chiropractic therapy.

Dr. Pugh has been my chiropractor since my junior year of high school and the years are still continuing. My Husband and father are also long time patients. For the last 12 years he has been a true savior to my recovery. I was a collegiate D1 track and field athlete and I still chose to drive almost 5 hours for Dr. Pugh rather than using my own team chiro. That is just how good he really is.
