Heartland Express is a newly remodeled terminal with an upgraded facility that is very clean and organized. The shop staff and friendly manager are nice and take good care of customers. The drivers lounge and restroom are very clean, with comfortable seating and liquid safeguard soap. Access is easy and the setup is liked both inside and out. The truck wash is OK for light dirt but not as thorough for serious dirt. Some note a wish for more trash receptacles in the parking areas.

Truck wash is OK for light dirt but not as thorough as Blue Beacon if you've got serious dirt. Shop staff is nice. Wish they had more trash receptacles in the parking areas.
