This was my first spa experience and it was AMAZING! Sade (my therapist) went above and beyond to make sure my first experience was a great one, she was very informative and answered all mu questions! The front desk lady Brooke was welcoming and informative with all my pre appointment papers! I will be going back for sure!
My wife and I have been members of the Hand & Stone Massage Spa off of South Chalkey since opening, & we have thoroughly enjoyed all of the perks of our memberships. The location is convenient, the staff is incredible/knowledgeable, & we very much look forward to our monthly appointments. I’m a regular Hand & Stone client and usually visit another location, but my therapist wasn’t available, so I tried this one. From booking online to check-in, the process was smooth. Caira gave me a 90-minute deep tissue massage, and it was easily one of the best I’ve ever had. She’s a true professional and will now be my go-to at the Chester location. The front desk team was friendly and welcoming—this spa absolutely delivers the Hand & Stone experience.
