The customer service representative was knowledgeable and quick to explain the amount of time needed to fix my phone. When we arrived back at the store, phone was ready and I have been happily using it ever since.

Fruit Fixed seems to me to be an extremely knowledgeable company. Plus very courteous & customer friendly. I would & have suggested to lots of people to bring all their computer, phone , etc problems to this extraordinary company.

I brought my Xbox in because I needed the HDMI port fixed and the ventilation cleaned out. I had broken the HDMI port myself, so the console wasn’t displaying anything. I took it to the shop, and they handled the repair quickly and professionally.
When I brought it back the second time, something had happened with the HDMI port again, but they took care of it without any problems. They did a great job fixing everything, and the console is working the way it should now.
I really appreciate the work they put in and want to thank them for taking care of my Xbox and making sure the repairs were done right.
