I don't work out there, but they collected leftover Halloween candy for Soldier's Angels to use to make care packages for our troops, so that makes them awesome in my eyes!
I have been working out for two weeks, and I love how everyone supports one another! Also, appreciate the staff trainers who help me do the exercises correctly so I don't hurt myself.
It is a really nice community, you get support not only from the coaches and staff, but also from the other people that are working out. They have several flexible schedules available for you to choose from. Child watch available. I just started and everybody has been friendly, patient, and welcoming. Of course, I feel sore, but it's the good sore ?
