I called this morning, and the young lady that answered the phone was very rude and disrespectful, unprofessional, all i wanted to do was make a appointment and she hung up on me. Will never go here. Thank for your sorry customer service 4/24/23

‼️‼️Beware of this salon/stylist!!‼️‼️The woman who did my hair was Michelle Claiborne. I have the text and photos to validate this review! The moment I stepped out of her chair, my curls fell immediately! I touched and ran my fingers through the hair and it felt fine. Of course quality is more so determined when products are applied and styling tools used. I went back 2 days later to have her correct it because her styling tools didn’t straighten my leave-out - HAIR DID NOT TAKE to ANYTHING!! Owner struggles with punctuality she was running an hour late for my appointment and had scheduled two appointments simultaneously which resulted in both of us staying for a total of 8 hrs each. The shop was not clean nor was it appealing, the equipment in the shop is in disrepair, the hair dryer fell (as it was being used) thank god she has a rubber band to fix it. There is no level of customer service. When I asked for water she directed me to the store, I was very grateful it was open or I would’ve dehydrated during my 8 hour appointment for a sew in.
