Excellent as always! I had some issues going on with my eye and Dr Cortes took her time and listened to all my questions and answered them! She is the best and really cares about her patients! Im grateful for her and told her at my visit that I would have to follow her if she ever left Chatham! All of the staff is wonderful! Just makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave!
I love the group at Friedrichs in Chatham and enjoy seeing them every year.
My only complaint is that they now make you pay for services at checkin, and didn't reimburse me for the contact fitting I never got.
I went for my annual eye exam today and it was a good experience . The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Doc. was new . His manner was very friendly and in formative. He made sure I understood everything he was telling me and was pleased with my eye care.
