Where do I begin?! I have to say taking my broken PC to TekRenu was the best decision I made to get my computer fixed. When I met owner she was one of friendliest, intelligent and honest people I've run across in a while. She took my PC, listened to every detail I described got back to me in less than 48 hours with the diagnosis. I gave the OK to fix it and in a couple of days had it back to me, AMAZING! I dare say better than it was before...LoL Thanks so much to you and the staff. I won't take my tech to anyone else!
I will go to no other repair store as this is the only one you’ll need! The owners are truly kind and genuine people whom you can trust all and any of your devices with. I needed to get my camera lens fixed and they provided several methods of repair and financial pathways. Professional services and all around great environment to seek support. Would 100% recommend stopping in and checking out for yourself how great they are! Thank you, so so much!!
Great service! Was able to get my MacBook repaired after a short circuit happened. They replaced some components and got it back to me within a day. Judy was nice and helpful also.
