They treat my dog like a human child at daycare. They are very thoughtful and caring and they even have fun toy activities after nap time. I also appreciate the structured environment. I never imagined my dog could calmly sit or lie down in a busy store full of distractions, but that’s exactly what we achieved by week three. As for her dog reactivity, I can’t believe the difference! She’s always been a high-energy dog, so seeing her stay calm even when other dogs are barking or reacting is absolutely incredible.

Glad, who handled scheduling, was also fantastic. She was so accommodating and flexible whenever something unavoidable came up. The entire experience felt personal, thoughtful, and focused on real results.
