We have used Perfect Pools for our pool maintenance over the last couple of years. They have done a good job--particularly the technicians. We have not requested special services but, the regular cleaning and maintenance services have been timely and keeps our pool clean.
Perfect Pools took over my 22’x50’ in-ground pool project after my initial pool builder broke our contract and refused to finish the project. Perfect Pools inherited a mess of a project - poor quality worksmanship including a leak in the structure and took the project on in stride. From executing our project takeover contract to completing the pool, pool deck, and masonry retaining walls and stairs with stone veneer and capstone only took 5 weeks. Perfect Pools corrected the mistakes of the original builder and never surprised me with a change order. I have been using perfect pools for the last 5 years. They designed, installed, and maintain my pool. The entire staff is great to work with. They are a small business so they put quality work in and will ensure the job is done right.
