I dropped in for the week while in the area for work and will most definitely be back! The owner, staff, and trainers were all welcoming and respectful. The facility is clean, organized, and has all the equipment you need. Top notch and definitely recommend!
I’ve been going to Optimum Fitness for a while now, and honestly, it’s become one of my favorite parts of my week. The atmosphere is just welcoming. No judgment, no weird vibes, no big franchise feel as it’s locally owned.
One thing I really appreciate is that it never gets congested. I can actually get my workouts done without waiting around, and they’ve got all the equipment you need no matter what kind of training you’re doing. They have plenty of certified personal trainers who you can book sessions with as well. After a few visits, it really starts to feel like your own personal gym.

Great gym! Has all the equipment needed and more! The variety of equipment provided is great for any athlete whether it is bodybuilding, endurance, strength, etc…
