My upstairs AC unit stopped cooling. Brian Hatfield came right on time and quickly assessed and fixed the issue which was a motor starting circuit that had went bad on the outside unit. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be calling these guys the next time I have an issue that they can fix.

Bernie arrived on time and after the checking system did an excellent job of explaining what he had found and further actions that I needed to take. He was able to make the two repairs needed while at my house. He provided me with before and after pictures showing the results of his efforts. Bernie was a good communicator and I felt very comfortable with his explanations.

Brendan Kelley responded to my request for an appointment to address a water leak from the attic air conditioning unit. He quickly cleared a blockage that was actually in the basement, not the attic, and corrected a problem with the backup drainage system that had been installed incorrectly years ago, and installed two float valves which would turn off the unit automatically if there were ever a drainage problem again. I like this kind of repair, when things are made better than before. This was a much better experience than I had with a prior company, so I've signed up with OHA Home Service for a maintenance plan.
