Friendly, professional, trustworthy company and staff. They have been taking care of our trees for many years (were referred to us by previous owners). They came out yesterday and did a great job. Cleaned up all the branches/brush so you would not have even known they had been here, except the trees look great!
We have hired NoVA Tree Experts on two separate occasions to handle the cutting and trimming of trees on our property. Both times, we were impressed by their professionalism and efficiency. Their team is incredibly easy to work with, consistently offering quick response times and delivering excellent service from start to finish. We used Northern Virginia Tree Experts to cut down one dead maple tree and one small redbud tree. They also ground the stumps with their robotic stump grinder. Chris came and gave us a written estimate. Their price was comparable with other estimates. This company offers discounts during their low season. Brian, the office manager, was friendly and offered us a 10% discount if we wanted to take care of the two trees now. The crew of four showed up on time. They were efficient and finished the job quickly. They cleaned up thoroughly after completion. We were satisfied with their service and highly recommend them if you need any tree service.
