Great service from Silvio on broken HVAC. Reasonable conversation on replacement options. Hot recommendations relative to tax credits. Jose and the installations team were superb. On time; Good communication; efficient; respected our house and very good cleanup. Only issue was walking through the pricing, The offer documents are not itemized and so warranty and service plan charges that we never discussed were hidden. We sorted that out and got back to a basis of trust but that did not have to happen if the offer and invoice are itemized as with all business.
Mannix has been doing right by us for years, but we had a bit of a puzzle to solve today. Silvio G of Mannix was outstanding in figuring out the problem, explaining it, offering options with likely outcomes — just super helpful and thorough all the way around.
Can I give ten stars? Silvio Guerrero was awesome. On time, quick, professional and friendly. He liked our poorly trained dog and was able to complete the service with a smile despite some angry yellow jackets swarming near the unit.
