Mann-In did a great job when a heat pump was replaced a few years ago, and recently saved parents from replacing their system when they were told by another company their heat pump couldn't be fixed. Mann-In did an evaluation and saved them $13k for a replacement they didn't need. Mann-In did a complete Carrier replacement HVAC system in a current home, with great communication from the initial quote, to the installation process. When there was a problem with AC, it was easy to schedule an appt, and two technicians came to help promptly. The technicians were very professional and friendly, and the work they did was liked and highly recommended to friends and family.
Recently needed to have a new HVAC system installed. I got multiple quotes from companies and decided to go with Mann-In based on neighbors reviews and my research. The salesman Aaron was top notch. Very response to any questions I had and the quote was very detailed. He was the only one that stated I need to have a new liquid line installed because my current one was too small. I’m coming off R-22 system. From what I gather yes the one I had would have technically worked but it was recommended to upgrade. The install crew that came was exceptional. Estimate was very thorough and the price was reasonable. Installation was exactly as described from the estimator. All employees were friendly and easy to get along with.

Experiencing a failure of the air conditioning unit in the middle of a heat wave with indoor upstairs temperatures reaching 85 degrees F is no fun. Luckily, Mann-In came to the rescue and demonstrated why we have relied on their services for many years. Their technician (Colt) was dispatched promptly and diagnosed the problem quickly (blown fan motor). Throughout the time addressing the issue, the scheduling people (Debbie and Jody) were extremely responsive, helpful, understanding and courteous and our emergency outage was resolved 2 days later, at a very reasonable cost. All staff deserve a 5 star rating.
