KR Estates did a fantastic job! Kevin is very knowledgeable and let us know what we needed to do in repairs or upgrades to sell our home. It was great that we did not have to pay anything upfront and that the cost came out of the sale of our home. Our home sold from the first showing and for asking price! We highly recommend Kevin and KR Estates.

Kevin did an outstanding job assisting me with the sale of my condo July 2021. It sold immediately and closing was August 24, 2021. His expertise in the market’s geographic area was instrumental in determining a competitive selling price. He is very friendly, helpful and quick with communications. Kevin also owns KR Construction LLC. He is the only realtor I know of in the area who offers a deferred program if you need renovations done to your home to prepare for sale.
