In the Spring of 2022 we decided to put our home on the market. We interviewed several Realtors in the are and decided to put our faith in Kevin Richards with KR Estates. We chose to work with Kevin because he had expertise in both Real Estate and Construction! Kevin has a great eye for what home buyers are looking for and how to get the sellers the best “bang for their buck” when it comes to renovations! Kevin’s company has the Real Estate side and the construction side which allows him to schedule and complete renovations in a timely manner. He also offers a deferred payment plan so the seller doesn’t have a big layout of money ahead of the sale! In less than five weeks Kevin had major renovations done to our home. He listed and sold it in a few days at full asking price with no contingencies!Kevin Richards is great to work with! KR Estates did a fantastic job! Kevin is very knowledgeable and let us know what we needed to do in repairs or upgrades to sell our home. Kevin did an outstanding job assisting me with the sale of my condo July 2021. It sold immediately and closing was August 24, 2021. His expertise in the market’s geographic area was instrumental in determining a competitive selling price. He is very friendly, helpful and quick with communications. Kevin also owns KR Construction LLC. He is the only realtor I know of in the area who offers a deferred program if you need renovations done to your home to prepare for sale.
