My broker recommended using HomeVisit to photograph my listing. Once I figured out the website, which would have been easier had I been on my computer and not on my phone, I placed my order. Piers F. was the photographer I chose, and I will choose him again. He was patient after receiving the wrong address and me being a few minutes late, easy to deal with, pleasant, and I like the photos. I love using HomeVisit for my real estate photos because they have them back to me the VERY NEXT DAY after the photo shoot. Most properties are not ready to be photographed until the last minute, usually just mere days before the listing is expected to be online and ready for showings and open houses. Knowing I can have a house in tip-top shape and not have to wait for processing is a huge bonus. HV also provides great add-on services, such as floor plans and twilight shots. They never disappoint. I am a Home Visit loyalist. I have been using Home Visit for as long as I can remember (quite possibly 10-15 years if that’s even possible?!). Home Visit is a fantastic company to work with. I use them for all my photography, virtual tour, floor plan, and print material needs.
Special kudos need to go to Bilal Kirkland. He is their ace employee and knows every aspect of the company. There isn’t a question he cannot answer. Bonus is that he is super kind and extremely patient. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bilal. He is the heart of the company in my personal and professional opinion; a real gem!
