From the time I inquired for this project to completion…an absolute breeze! We just needed our counter tops for the kitchen and basement bar completed for this project. Despite the smaller project, Bill and the team were an absolute dream to work with. All of our questions and concerns were answered before we committed. We recently had Everest Granite install granite countertops in our newly renovated kitchen. We had been to several granite distributors in the area and received quotes. We quickly realized that the material options were very similar across all distributors and we were looking for the most competitive price and best customer service. We saw a decal advertising Everest Granite on a truck on route 50, so on a Saturday afternoon, we decided to check it out. We met Bill, the General Manager, who was super helpful and informative. He gave us a quote that was significantly lower than local competitors and recommended we check out his suppliers nearby in case we couldn't find a slab in his inventory on hand. Monday morning (two days later) my husband went back to Everest to select a slab. Bill was able to come to our house immediately to take measurements and set a Thursday installation date (three days later). On Thursday, his team came to install the granite and were polite and efficient. Bill had his plumber come that afternoon to install the faucet, disposal, dishwasher, etc - and that evening we were back to a functional kitchen. Following the installation that afternoon, my husband saw two areas that he wanted to adjust (which Bill had advised us to do when he came to measure but my husband said no thanks). Before we even reached back out to Bill, he called us to see how everything went and make sure we were happy. When my husband mentioned those two areas, Bill said no problem - he'd send the team back out the next day to make the changes - and free of charge. They came and completed that work, and also attached the dishwasher to the countertops without even being asked. Overall we were thrilled with Everest Granite's price, product, and service. They went above and beyond. We would highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again. Huge thanks to Bill and the Everest team!
