Poor project management and ignored commitment to agreed-upon deadlines. Work was ultimately okay but a three month job took almost 6 months because of their changes/mix-ips. Disappointing.
These guys only work when they want to. They never work a full day. They hardly clean up after themselves, and they rarely tell the homeowner what they did during the day or what their next move is. Plus, they are sloppy workers.
Do not be fooled by the slick presentation and timeline promises made by the president and owner. The project manager assigned was ignorant of the project details and unprepared to oversee the extensive renovation of our home including kitchen. Red flags appeared beginning day one. When asked if they were ready to begin they lied. Demolition began without permits, they were obtained months later. Blueprints were not on site for weeks resulting in extensive mistakes and delays. An 8-12 week timeline for buildout actually took nine months.
